Catriona & Alan, your British hosts at Domaine Jean Coste B&B guesthouseYour Scottish hosts, Catriona and Alan, speak both English and French.

Catriona started Domaine Jean Coste six years ago, after a successful career in hotel and catering management. Catriona provides catering and manages Domain Jean Coste, while Alan describes himself as "tour guide and wine waiter."

Catriona qualified in Catering and Hotel Management at Napier University, Edinburgh, and then worked at Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London, and Gleneagles in Scotland. She went on to become a catering manager, first for a blue-chip company in central Scotland (which feeds around 2,000 workers every day) and then for a large public-service organisation. She also once won a Gold medal for Gueridon service (food prepared at the table) at Salon Culinaire. She has certification in catering for guests with allergies and food intolerances, and guests frequently praise her cooking.

Alan's former career involved frequent business travel all over Europe. He is a history buff with extensive knowledge of the local area, and can assist guests in organising custom self-guided tours to match their interests.
